We currently deliver to all major cities and regions across Pakistan.

If your location is outside our standard delivery network, our customer support team will contact you to discuss the available delivery options.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before your order is confirmed.

  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected orders or promotional campaigns. Any such offers will be clearly mentioned on our website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where available), allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your shipment.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, Spandex Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, government restrictions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
